Shipping and Handling?
All of our product pricing includes shipping! Due to every item being built to order (Meaning it's made once you have made your purchase) your item will ship within 2 to 3 weeks of purchase date. We try to be as quick as possible but due to demand and each bag being hand made it can take some time.
Can I return my purchase if I damaged it in any way?
We will gladly fix any mishaps! As long as you cover the shipping along with a $40 charge to cover the replacement and or repairs of any product. Unfortunately we will not accept any returns after 30 days. If items are damaged in transit to it's final destination please contact us at [email protected] for a refund or exchange. (WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY BAGS DAMAGED DUE TO CARELESSNESS AND OR NEGLIGENCE)
I'm local! Can I Pick up or Drop off my purchase from your location?
We Deeply apologies, but we are not set up to receive customers at our current location and so cannot accommodate drop-offs or pick-ups at this time.
